1.All Ebike rentals at Cozyboyebike stores come with a free cell phone holder and a safety helmet. All equipment must be returned by the same time when you return your Ebike.

2.We strongly advise our customers to follow the safety guidelines listed on our official website during rental period and avoid any risky riding behavior.(More info can be found by our Warranty/Owner Manual page).

3.For multi-day rentals, we will provide a charger for a better experience, please follow the charging precautions on our official website and please return the charger with your rental bike by the same time.

4. Please note that after rental Ebike delivered to our customer, it is our customer’s responsibility to take care of the Ebike and any accessories equipment during the rental period.

5.All rental Ebikes and accessories including but not limited to helmets, chargers, and cell phone holder will be inspected upon return at the end of the rental period. All minor scratches are acceptable. In case of any heavy damage or loss, we will charge our customer the retail price of the above items as compensation.
