WARRANTY/OWNER MANUAL

All brands distributed under Cozyboyebike comes with a limited manufacturer’s warranty for the original retail purchaser. This warranty provides each original retail purchaser of a cozyboyebike with a warranty against manufacturer’s defects only.

To make a warranty claim always keep handy the product model, date of purchase, product serial number as well as information from the retailer where you purchased the product from.

If your product is shipped to you and arrives damaged, or with manufacturer’s defects, please contact us directly by phone or e-mail within 4 business days from the date of delivery.

Cozyboyebike provide our customer with two year warranty.

If the warranty is void for any reason the customer shall bear any repair or replacement costs resulting from vehicle misuse, negligence or abuse.

Always follow care and preventive maintenance procedures.

Always keep receipts from any services performed to the vehicle by an authorized distributor or service center.

Cozyboyebike attaches great importance to the riding safety of every user. We strongly recommend that every user strictly abide by traffic rules when riding an ebike, ride safely on the bicycle path, and wear appropriate protective gear.

THE WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS AND USER PRECAUTIONS:

  1. Not following the directions or recommendations provided by Cozyboyebike.
  2. Cycling collision, accident or vehicle damage caused by careless parking.
  3. Acts in violation of laws.
  4. Parts wear due to normal use.( Bearings, Breaking Pad, Chains, rubber moving parts, etc.)
  5. DIY repairs on electronics.
  6. Abusive use of the bicycle in off-road terrain, mud, snow, water, sand, and gravel.
  7. If the bicycle is used as rental unit by our customer.
  8. Damages caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, flooding and other hazards.
  9. Rust and/or paint fading and reduced battery life caused to heavy exposure to rain, hail, snow or direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time.
  10. Overloading beyond recommended capacity.
  11. Damages caused by nails, needles, broken glass, debris, sharp rocks or other foreign objects.
  12. If the bicycle is used but not limited to stunts, jumping from ramps, stairs or elevated ramps.
  13. If vehicle is used in competitions or racing.
  14. If vehicle has been modified for any purposes on the motor, electrical system, suspension frame, and battery.
  15. Use of other components not approved by the manufacturer.
  16. Damages resulted from improper care and handling.
  17. Stolen bikes or items.
  18. Any Used ebikes.
  19. Explosion of battery caused by human or environmental factors.（Including but not limited to overcharging or incorrect charging, physical damage to the battery, private replacement and use of inferior or counterfeit batteries, exposure to extreme environments, battery modification or improper maintenance, excessive discharge or use until completely discharged, and use of the battery with an incompatible motor or controller.）
