SHIPPING

 All products are shipped from our physical store or our warehouse.

Email Confirmation. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address attached to your order once the order has shipped.

Shipping Costs. We are pleased to offer completely free shipping on purchases of $100 or more.

Shippment tracking.  Cozyboyebike will provide customers with the shipping information. We would love to assist our customers to track shipment information to make sure they can recieve the package on time.

Addresses We Ship. Cozyboyebike only ships to the contiguous lower 48 states, and the District of Columbia. Cozyboyebike does not ship to APO/FPO/DPO/PO BOX addresses.

Shipping Carriers. Cozyboyebike cooperate with Fedex、UPS and truck load companies. Normally, the shipping period will be around 2-3 weeks.(In case of holidays, environment, nature and other force majeure factors, the shipping period may be affected.）

No Responsibility for Loss, Theft, or Damage. Cozyboyebike is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of any shipping companies.

Refuse Shipments. If you refuse delivery of the order that you asked us to ship to you, Cozyboyebike reserves the right to charge a flat fee of $200 per shipment to partially cover our shipping costs. Cozyboyebike cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped.
